Radio control modeling gives an education in STEM:
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
Tiffin Calvert students experience STEM first hand by operating their R/C boats at Lynn Cole Field.
TORCM members have been active with Calvert's STEM program by assisting them in R/C model construction and providing flight instruction.  Three Night Vapor aircraft were donated to Calvert by TORCM and two generous members.

Thank you to all who participated in our first annual
Tiffin Fun -Fly and Tail Dunk Challenge!

Randy Nickler of the Galion Eagle Squadron gets his tail wet and earns a commemorative sticker.
Also earning a sticker was Harry Wagner; those Eagle Squadron guys are a skilled bunch!
It was a hot weekend, and prop wash wasn't enough to keep their rudders cool.

Brian Dee's P-51 and John Dolacki's P-40, complete with tank and bomb drops,
were awesome to watch!

Here are some links to photos and videos from the event.
